[EN] The O House is part of Sou Fujimoto’s 2007 research into a new cave-dwelling concept in Chiba on the southeast coast of Tokyo. This house is a place built of concrete walls, glass panels, a roof and a fl oor that create new distances to its natural surroundings: undulating terrain and the ocean. The outcome is a seamless dwelling-place and one of Sou Fujimoto’s fl agship projects in which he investigates the very meaning of architecture.
