    [EN] This article presents a reflection from the experiences of the south native women of Colombia, to contribute to the dialogue and promote the understanding among the different gazes of the feminisms under construction, arisen of the communities of women of Latin America, especially the descolonial feminism and the community feminism. This contribution derives from the doctoral work titled Methodology of Differential empowerment from the cultural identity and the local development of the Nasa native women of the Municipality of Santiago of Cali, Colombia, that proposes and develops a methodology for the empowerment of the women of this community, inscribed in the postulates of the south epistemologies and, in consequence, arisen for the Nasa native women from the south of Colombia. Which are the conceptual bases of this strategy of empowerment? Which are these consonances with the feminisms under construction in Latin America? Which is the methodological proposal of this investigation? Where does it go from and where is it going to? These are the questions that will be answered in the development of this article.

    Las Redes Sociales en el marco del ciberespacio. Consumidores, comercio electrónico y propiedad intelectual a la luz del caso cubano

    [EN] Face the state of vulnerability in the context of cyberspace, it is necessary to reflect on the social networks and law, from a holistic approach aimed at the vulnerability of rights associated with the information in this environment. This work general objective is to analyse the phenomenon of online social networks and the information society, emphasizing on the study of the legal aspects related to consumers, electronic commerce and intellectual property. The methodology used aims to conceptualize the category of social networks, examinate the aspects associated with law in the use of social networks and establish the conceptual, legal and conflicting points of relevance. This will allow describing the problems under study and propose alternatives for a sphere of integrative protection that harmonizes the edges of the preventive, the corrective and the prophylactic.

    [EN] Many cultural institutions lack an active policy to present to the public their collections, products and services. That is not the case of the Biblioteca Valenciana Nicolau Primitiu that in recent years has offered a wide range of guided tours (cultural, specialized, theatrical, virtual) to publicize both the library and the Monastery of San Miguel de los Reyes, building declared BIC in 2008 but located in a peripheral and degraded zone of Valencia. In the study, we analyze these visits, the results achieved and the possible improvements to include.

    Análisis de las políticas públicas culturales en comunidades indígenas de la Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta

    [EN] This article presents an analysis of how cultural public policies are designed and implemented within 4 indigenous communities of Colombia, know their scope in the preservation of indigenous cultures and their contributions normative to the construction and conservation of the nation's cultural heritage. It presents an analysis of national and international regulations that allow the implementation of cultural public policies that provide greater protection and interaction of expressions and diverse cultural identities with a view to strengthening interculturality and generating conservation and good use of tangible and intangible heritage in accordance with international agreements for the protection of culture. Next, we analyze the current strategies implemented for the elaboration of cultural public policies within the indigenous communities of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. Finally, it will conclude with a series of recommendations as strategic guidelines in order to achieve effective cultural public policies that benefit the material and immaterial cultural heritage of indigenous communities.

    Instrumentos de la educación artística para la transmisión del conocimiento científico y apropiación de la identidad: caso Monte Verde, Chile

    [EN] The purpose of this document is to disseminate the result of the application of artistic education instruments as a contribution to the teaching of scientific knowledge research at the Monte Verde archaeological site in Chile, to the rural community that houses it, as well as to foster their identity with the discovery of this territory. These instruments have stimulated associativity, practical learning and identification of the inhabitants with the territory. The methodology is based on cultural elements that facilitated an unknown and interesting learning for an isolated and anonymous community. A multidisciplinary team of professionals from the Universidad Austral de Chile is established in the territory, who manage to transmit the contents of the discovery through these techniques, in favor of strengthening a link with the patrimonial elements of the territory.
